Jubail Energy Services Company (JESCO) was established with state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to produce Carbon Steel Seamless Pipe products. The Company was sponsored and developed through initiatives from the Industrialization and Energy Services Company (TAQA), which owns 72.16% of JESCO’s paid-in capital of the SR. 970 millions ($ 258.6M). The balance of JESCO’s capital is owned by other prominent business houses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as Duferco Saudi Ltd., a subsidiary of a global leader in the metals trading sector.
